Daniel Morris

Daniel is the Senior Pastor of Cultivate Church Nashville, located in the Nashville, TN area and has served as a worship pastor, conference leader, author, song-writer, and speaker. Daniel's passion is to disciple people to find freedom in Christ and be released to live a lifestyle in relationship with the Lord everyday.

Daniel Morris has served in the local church since 1997 and been in full-time ministry for 23 years. He and his wife, Carolyn, have been married since 2001. They have three children, Gray, Turner, Jett.​ The Morrises currently reside in Nashville, Tennessee.

Shane Conner

Shane has a heartfelt passion for helping believers grow in Christ. He studied Pastoral Ministries at Elim Bible Institute in New York and began serving in ministry at age 16. His experience includes roles as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, Director of Youth Ministries at Elim, and ministry service at Elim Gospel Church in Mt. Morris, NY. He has also served with The Gideons International in both New York and Tennessee.

Shane and his wife, Amy, are originally from Rochester, NY, and now live in Nolensville, Tennessee. Married since 1991, they are grateful parents of Ian, Aliana, and Jessalyn, along with their son-in-law, Todd Butillo, and are proud grandparents to their grandson, Luca.

Tanner Hostetter

Tanner has a passion for seeking life change, a deeper confidence, and spiritual growth within the lives of Middle and High School students. He was called by God in the middle of his college journey to teach and lead students to become dedicated followers of Jesus Christ.

Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, he now lives in Nashville. Tanner has a college degree in Youth Ministry from Liberty University, and has ministry experience through serving at and interning within various church models. Tanner has been serving as our student minister for the past four years.

Communications & Finance Director

Taylor Mann

Taylor Mann is the Director of Communications & Finance at Cultivate Church Nashville. She has previously served as Administrative Worship Assistant, Communications Director, and Media Associate of churches both in Florida and Tennessee.

She has a deep passion for discipling middle and high school girls in studying the bible. Also Taylor is called to be apart of the worship ministry where she finds personal moments of spiritual growth and times of corporate learning as a body of believers by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Spencer Mann

Spencer serves Cultivate Church as one of our Elders. He retired as Chief Investigator and Public Information Officer for the State Attorney in Florida. He is married to his wife Pat and they have a daughter, Taylor.
